Pierre Masson
Après 22 ans de pratique de l'agriculture biodynamique sur une ferme en polyculture-élevage en Bourgogne, Pierre Masson a choisi de transmettre son savoir par le conseil et la formation. Son expérience de terrain, ses observations et rencontres sur de nombreux domaines agricoles pendant plus de 40 années lui ont donné une vision globale et concrète de cette agriculture.
Vincent Masson
Responsable de BioDynamie Services, a developpé ses compétences en matière d'élaboration et d'emploi des préparations biodynamiques au cours de sa pratique mais aussi de ses nombreux voyages, expériences, rencontres et activités d'enseignement.
Tous deux nous proposent ici un outil précieux, à lire et à relire, pour développer de bonnes pratiques biodynamiques.

Shipping
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form, the shipping costs are calculated according to the country of destination.

Returns policy
The consumer must formulate with the company DAHU PRODUCTION on the same day of delivery or at the latest 7 working days following delivery, any complaint of error of delivery and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality compared to the instructions on the order form. Any complaint made beyond this period will be rejected.
The formulation of this complaint with the company DAHU PRODUCTION must be made as a priority by connecting to our site in the section "My Account", then "History of your orders" where, you can ask us your question through the menu. contact, specifying the order reference.
Any complaint not made in the rules defined above and within the time limits cannot be taken into account and will release the company DAHU PRODUCTION from any liability towards the consumer.
Upon receipt of the complaint, DAHU PRODUCTION will allocate an exchange number for the product(s) concerned and will communicate it by e-mail, fax or telephone to the consumer. The exchange of a product can only take place after the attribution to the consumer of an exchange number according to the approach presented above.
In the event of a delivery or exchange error, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to DAHU PRODUCTION as a whole and in its original packaging, by Colissimo Recommandé, to the following address:

To be accepted, any return must be notified in advance to DAHU PRODUCTION Customer Service.
