À la manière d’un road-movie, Périco Legasse, journaliste gastronomique et Erik Svensson, jeune suédois d’origine française, nous entraînent dans les coulisses de cette « guerre du goût et des saveurs », au cœur d’un conflit gastronomique entre producteurs traditionnels et firmes industrielles.
Dans le sillage de « Mondovino », ce film propose une enquête inédite sur le monde des fromages, à travers un travail d’investigation et de découverte dans diverses régions de France, mais aussi en Italie et aux Etats-Unis. Il met en lumière deux mondes qui s’affrontent : d’un côté les défenseurs du goût et de la diversité, de l’autre les firmes multinationales, les grandes surfaces et tenants de la mondialisation alimentaire.
Le « fromage qui pue » est devenu un élément emblématique dans le débat sur l’exception française, la mondialisation, l’alimentation industrielle et l’environnement.

Shipping
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form, the shipping costs are calculated according to the country of destination.

As far as shipping is concerned, we mainly work with La Poste. As soon as we send a shipment, you will immediately receive an information email.
Returns policy
The consumer must formulate with the company DAHU PRODUCTION on the same day of delivery or at the latest 7 working days following delivery, any complaint of error of delivery and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality compared to the instructions on the order form. Any complaint made beyond this period will be rejected.
The formulation of this complaint with the company DAHU PRODUCTION must be made as a priority by connecting to our site in the section "My Account", then "History of your orders" where, you can ask us your question through the menu. contact, specifying the order reference.
Any complaint not made in the rules defined above and within the time limits cannot be taken into account and will release the company DAHU PRODUCTION from any liability towards the consumer.
Upon receipt of the complaint, DAHU PRODUCTION will allocate an exchange number for the product(s) concerned and will communicate it by e-mail, fax or telephone to the consumer. The exchange of a product can only take place after the attribution to the consumer of an exchange number according to the approach presented above.
In the event of a delivery or exchange error, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to DAHU PRODUCTION as a whole and in its original packaging, by Colissimo Recommandé, to the following address:

To be accepted, any return must be notified in advance to DAHU PRODUCTION Customer Service.
