Pour projeter des films en public, que ce soit pour des séances gratuites ou alors lorsque des frais d'admission sont demandés et aucun détenteur de droit n'est annoncé, vous avez besoin d'une licence du propriétaire du droit d'auteur. Cela comprend les films qui sont projetés en format DVD, Blu-Ray ou vidéo.
Vous auriez besoin d'une licence si vous projetez des films pour :
- Les séances publiques et payantes organisées exceptionnellement par les associations et les autres groupements légalement constitués agissant sans but lucratif
- Les séances privées organisées par des associations et organismes assimilés habilités à diffuser la culture par le cinéma
- Les séances organisées par les associations et organismes qui ont pour objet la collecte, la conservation, la restauration et la diffusion du patrimoine cinématographique
- Les séances organisées dans le cadre des services publics à caractère non commercial
- Les séances gratuites
- Les séances en plein air autres que celles organisées par les exploitants d'établissements de spectacles cinématographiques dans les conditions prévues à l'article
Si vous projetez un DVD, un Blu-ray ou des vidéos publiquement sans être licenciés, vous violez le droit d'auteur et pourriez être poursuivi pour dommages et intérêts.

Dans les vignes comme à la cave, l’élaboration du vin se joue sur de nombreux détails. Le monde du vin a donc ressenti très tôt l’importance de revaloriser le terroir. Cette méthode de la biodynamie consiste à penser l’agriculture au sein d’organismes agricoles complexes en présence d’animaux et de cultures diverses, en totale harmonie avec la nature.
La Clef des terroirs présente les véritables enjeux de la biodynamie dans le monde du vin en suivant le travail de vignerons passionnants (les frères Bret, Aubert de Villaine, Olivier Jullien…) dont la priorité est de respecter le terroir pour le transmettre dans son intégrité aux générations futures.

Shipping
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form, the shipping costs are calculated according to the country of destination.
The consumer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods on delivery and to report the damage due to the carrier on the delivery note, as well as to the company, within one week.
The consumer can, at his request, obtain the sending of an invoice to the billing address and not to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the order form.
As far as shipping is concerned, we mainly work with La Poste. As soon as we send a shipment, you will immediately receive an information email.
Returns policy
The consumer must formulate with the company DAHU PRODUCTION on the same day of delivery or at the latest 7 working days following delivery, any complaint of error of delivery and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality compared to the instructions on the order form. Any complaint made beyond this period will be rejected.
The formulation of this complaint with the company DAHU PRODUCTION must be made as a priority by connecting to our site in the section "My Account", then "History of your orders" where, you can ask us your question through the menu. contact, specifying the order reference.
Any complaint not made in the rules defined above and within the time limits cannot be taken into account and will release the company DAHU PRODUCTION from any liability towards the consumer.
Upon receipt of the complaint, DAHU PRODUCTION will allocate an exchange number for the product(s) concerned and will communicate it by e-mail, fax or telephone to the consumer. The exchange of a product can only take place after the attribution to the consumer of an exchange number according to the approach presented above.
In the event of a delivery or exchange error, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to DAHU PRODUCTION as a whole and in its original packaging, by Colissimo Recommandé, to the following address:

To be accepted, any return must be notified in advance to DAHU PRODUCTION Customer Service. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the company DAHU PRODUCTION, except in the event that it turns out that the product taken back does not correspond to the original declaration made by the consumer in the return form.
